Now I have nothing against people going out and trying things etc, but I also see where the concern stems from. If they break up and things go well, or they stay together, then yay, everything is good and life moves on. But let's say they either break up angry, or extremely sad. This leads to lots of tension in their year, which is already only 11 students. They have to work on shows together, be on small teams, be in classes together sometimes for 9 hours a day, and potentially work in groups together. If they don't end things well this could lead to many problems for them, their year, the program, and even some of the shows.
Hopefully that won't happen and nothing dramatic will come of this. But they are young, and they only knew each other for about 3 weeks before they started dating, assuming they didn't know each other before coming to college which I don't think they did.
I know that since of my friend's dorms have a "rule" of no dating until November, and some discourage it completely.
Just a semi controversial thing I've been thinking about.
Also realize this is sort of a re post but I was thinking about this recently because I saw them and it sparked thought.
